Dweezil
Finding time to workout can be challenging for this extremely talented guitar player. He is on the road a minimum 6 months out of the year including the Experience Hendrix Tour which typically includes 27 performances in 31 days.
Health and fitness is very important to Dweezil so on the road he is always prepared with healthy food options and his yoga mat. He is very knowledgeable about his wellness and is in great shape.
We started working together when he wanted more personalized attention than the DVDs based workouts. He found he needed an on the fly workout when he would get to a location and there was no exercise equipment or gym.
MEGAN
Megan and I have been working out together for 7 years. Her goal is to gain lean muscle and maintain flexibility so we focus on strength training and stretching.
Because Megan is a flight attendant it became difficult to work with her consistently in person. We decided that an online training program would be the best way to go given her lifestyle.

I meet Monica 2.5 years ago when she was about 160 on a tiny 5’0 frame. She has a great figure from her former gymnastics training. Too much partying, drinking, and poor eating habits crept up on Monica and she found herself about 50 pounds overweight.
“Through Carol’s leadership and motivational skills I was able to lose over 30 pounds, while building muscle mass in the process. The muscular and cardiovascular gains that I have made while training with Carol have far surpassed anything that I thought I could do. Before Carol, workouts mostly consisted of 15 to 20 minutes on the elliptical or bike a few times per week. This was due to the fact that I really didn’t know what I was doing when it came to working out with weights.
Since training with Carol, I feel more confident in working out with free weights. I’ve gained knowledge of the proper form & technique needed to reduce the risk of injury. Working out with my personal trainer, Carol, has instilled in me the confidence & discipline I need to continue to improve myself through sound nutrition and physical activity.
